Our Carers Hospital Hubs provide a welcoming, supportive presence within hospital settings for unpaid carers at a time that can feel overwhelming and uncertain. The Hubs offer carers emotional reassurance, practical information, and clear signposting to local and regional support services, helping them navigate hospital systems and plan for the next steps with confidence. Delivered in partnership with Aneurin Bevan Health Boards and third sector organisations, the service supports carers during admission, discharge, and beyond, ensuring their needs are recognised and valued. By being visible, approachable, and responsive, our Carers Hospital Hubs help reduce stress, improve carer wellbeing, and strengthen connections between carers, hospital staff, and community support.
