Would you like a few extra hours in the day to get everything done?

Let us make that happen for you.

Our project allows us to provide you with a ‘Your Time, Your Choice’ option. It is funded by the Welsh Government, facilitated by Carers Trust and delivered in partnership with Age Connects Torfaen and Hospice of the Valleys. This service is available to all Carers living in Torfaen, Blaenau Gwent & Newport.

The funding enables us to offer you 4 FREE SESSIONS to be used as and when required over the next 12 months.

This could include joining us for one of our Wine & Dine evenings, enjoying a relaxing pamper morning, or getting out into the outdoors through gentle activity and mindfulness. These activities provide an opportunity to reduce stress, improve mental wellbeing and, most importantly, enjoy some valuable time away from your caring role.
